We are so excited to introduce you to the new owners of Majestic Farms Greenhouse!
It was not an easy decision to sell a business that we built from the ground up and have enjoyed owning and operating for the past 26 years. We’ve been blessed with wonderful customers and staff that have made the years fly by. It’s now time for us to move on to new business adventures and provide Eric and Cori an opportunity to live out their dreams. We knew we found the right individuals to take over our business after learning it was their dream to run a greenhouse, having witnessed their strong work ethics and desire to learn, and creativity to match. We couldn’t be more excited for them!
We will be staying on at the greenhouse and landscaping throughout the season to help make it a smooth transition for everyone — our customers, staff, Eric and Cori, and for us.
We invite you to come to Majestic Farms so we can introduce you in person to the new owners. It is a great time of year to come and plant up your pots and explore the new and unique plants that will allow your personality to shine in all your planters. All the staff you are familiar with will be there to help you select the perfect plants for your container and setting. Reminder: you can leave your potted plants to grow at the farm until May and we will care for them. Eric and Cori have great ideas for ways to add to your experience at the farm – stay tuned for more information from them!
We would also invite you to stay in touch and follow our new adventure – Hickory Road Mill, a custom sawmill operation. Located in the Town of Elderon, we will be doing custom cutting and unique wood furniture and housewares. Follow us on Facebook if you want to see our current projects or contact us for help with your own projects.
Brenda & Jack
Eric and Cori’s Story:
After spending the past 20 years working in corporate America, we were ready for a change. We sold our home in Madison and eagerly moved to the farm with our dog Violet and our puppy Clay, ready to start our new adventure.
We had always loved being outdoors, were avid hobby gardeners, and dreamed of being able to move back to the country. Through family and friends, we were introduced to Jack, Brenda and Majestic Farms. From the moment we saw the farm, we were overcome with the beauty and charm of what Jack and Brenda had lovingly built over the past 26 years and knew this was the opportunity we’d been waiting for.
We are working side-by-side with the talented staff at the farm and learning from them, while also bringing in experiences from our former careers. We are excited about our first year at the farm…while keeping our customer favorites we will also be infusing some of our own interest and passion in the culinary realm, among others, into the items and experiences offered at Majestic Farms.
We are looking forward to working with Brenda and Jack to continue their legacy and becoming part of the Majestic Farms family and community.
