Year-Round Gardening and Craft Workshops

Majestic Farms offers a variety of gardening and craft workshops throughout the year.

Come and join us for one or more of our fun workshops—bring your friends—all held in a heated greenhouse and snacks and beverages are provided.

No experience is necessary.

We provide light beverages and snacks at all open houses and workshops. Open house events are free to the public. Our workshops do fill quickly, so it’s best to register early.

Succulent Frames $35.00

Create a one of a kind piece of living art at our succulent frame workshop! Workshop includes a 6×6” wooden succulent frame, succulent cuttings, and lime moss. Frames can be left natural or can be painted or stained (we’ll have some colors available to use). Personalize your frame by adding unique pieces of your own—antique jewelry, buttons, charms, etc. We’ll care for your growing frame in the greenhouse until mid-May. Mushrooms Cultivation Workshop $35.00

Dan and Pauline from Back 40 Mushrooms will be at Majestic Farms on April 4th to show you how to grow, maintain, and harvest your own mushroom crop. At this informative, hands-on workshop we will discuss the best growing conditions as well as prepping and inoculating our growing medium. Everyone will prepare their very own oyster mushroom container to take home.

Pot It Up! $35.00

This is an opportunity to have first peek at this year's new varieties and incorporate them into your perfect container! Bring your own containers, or check out our pots, baskets, and salvage. Pot It Up is a big planting party!

Workshop includes soil for one planter & 10% off all plant purchases! Staff will be on hand instructing on plant care and how to choose the right plants for your lifestyle. We take care of your items so they are looking great when weather permits putting outdoors.
